Wedding day, Tucson temple March 5th!

 The day of the wedding Bella woke up at 6:00 her friend Haley did her makeup and Olivia and her did her hair. Benjamin, Bella and I headed out the door to get to the temple early. It was just the three of us. Bella always likes to hug Benjamin and I and say original three! that always makes me smile. We almost forgot her wedding dress hahaha.

The actual temple ceremony was lovely. There was so much family there. Sam's mission president and his wife flew in for the day all the aunts and uncles that had come in just made the day so special.

President Kern is the one who sealed them. He has such a way with words and has been an influential person in my life. He was my Bishop growing up and has been Benjamin's and I's stake President. He is now in the stake with Sam's parents, so he was loved by all. A little bit into the ceremony  Sam's cousin arrived President Kern welcomed them and was just super kind about not making a big deal that they got there a little bit late. I just loved his reaction and just the  knowledge that this was a special day and only positive feelings were there. President Kern also talked about how there were people on the other side of the veil that were there and celebrating. I thought the same thing as I looked around the room.

We were touched by all the family and friends who waited outside to greet them after the ceremony. Carlie our wedding photographer took a boatload of pictures!!

The night before the wedding

 The night before the wedding and Anna hosted a pizza party for all the family that came in. It was very thoughtful to create a place where people could hang out as we were getting our place ready for hosting the reception. It really hit Bella to see all the family that came in seeing Emma and her diancet Josh who flew in from France really made her emotional. Preston also flew in from Utah and took time off for her. It made her (and me) very appreciative for all the love that she has felt growing up. There were so may beautiful moments 🥰

Later Bella had her besties from high school, college and her cousins came over to the guest house for a bachelorette party that Olivia threw her. Olivia thought of everything and the party looked super fun and again Bella was just really touched by the high school friends and cousins who flew in to be there for her.

Wedding Prep

 The week of the wedding was crazy busy, crazy fun and exhausting in all the good ways. I took off basically the week of the wedding from work so I was able to play with Lindsay who came down to help and prep all the last minute stuff. I learned how to do wedding bouquets from Carly Howe so Lindsey, my mom, my Aunt JoAnn, Olivia and Bella were there to help put the flowers together. It was super fun to sit around and talk and create those beautiful floral pieces.

 My sisters and my mom did such an amazing job planning Bella's shower. My mom ordered these fantastic Valentine's themed invites and Hillary brought down half her house and the place looked amazing. Hillary had Olivia record messages from Sam so we had this cute game of asking Bella questions and then asking Sam to confirm if they got the same answer. It was adorable and it was so neat to have Sam be a part of the shower in a way. Also kind of nice because the people that were there for Sam like his mom and friends of his mom were able to see Sam kind of at the shower as well as get to know bella. Mom hosted lunch and it was amazing and the food was great and it was just an overall awesome event that warmed my heart and it just makes me so happy for the tribe that I belong to.

Ghostbuster cleaners

 Cleaning day at the church. I love that we all get to help out to take care of our building. They had these cool vaccine packs. I told Franklin and Parking they would make my blog.

Bella goes to the temple

 Not a single picture was taken. Everyone there was there to support Bella. She had Sam, his parents Adam and Jen, Nana and Papa and Grandma and Grampa. It was a beautiful night. She looked beautiful and was taking it all in. I was overwhelmed with how happy I was that Bella was marrying Sam.
